EDGE 1000 stuck in daylight saving time. Since Nov 2020, the time on my edge 1000 is off by 1 hour. I tried sync'ing with my phone via BT, reboot device, acquire GPS lock. None of them seem to fix the issue. Any ideas?

What region are you in. It could be the time zone map is out of date. 
 You can try placing this file in the Garmin folder 
 https://forums.garmin.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/456/gmaptz.img
