If I ride with my garmin Edge 1000 I don’t see training effect. If I ride with my fenix 6 I see training effect. I want to see training effect with Edge 1000. Please help me. Thanks

Same here. I want to see all the data displayed in garmin connect app on the ‘my day’ section. I am loosing a lot of information as I am predominantly a cyclist using the edge 1000! 

I need to include:

training load

intensity minutes

calories 

The short answer is that Edge 1000 does not support training effect.

Anyway to adapt it to input the data? 

On my fenix 6, I can even see all the data it’s just not showing in the GC app this is so poor from garmin! 

Does the 1030 incorporate training load and work along side the fenix 6 to track training? I don’t mind upgrading if it does... 

Yes the newer Edges units support Training Load and the True-up feature should synchronize activities across units

You could use FTP%, Then all you need to know is the difference between Perceived effort and FTP, Sufferfest have a good chart on this.
