Livetrack had been working well for quite a while then on a recent ride the Garmin failed to calculate distance, speed, average speed and no Livetrack.
Since then I would go through the Livetrack start procedure, my wife would get the email with the link to the ride and the map would be of the African continent. A message on the Garmin screen would say the location would be updated but this never happens.
I have gone into the Garmin Connect app and confirmed
Notifications
Access
Device connectivity
Livetrack
Also confirmed all app permissions including location.
Also cleared Data and Cleared Cache
Now when starting Livetrack the email goes to my wife who clicks the link to the map/ride and where previously the map was over Africa the map is now of my local area but does not identify my location, as was the case previously.
Can you advise a fix that will measure Livetrackmworks as it should?
