komoot on Garmin

newly downloaded Komoot on my Garmin Edge explore. However all uploaded rides are unavailable since the device remains off line. I tried to deinstall and reinstall , asking a new code, but still: off line. it IS connected via BlueTooth to my smartphone ! What to do ?

Same problem here. Worked before. Now it Always says offline, tho my 530 is connected. With Garmin mobile app. IQ app. Strava IQ app... A problem on komoot's side? Any solutions?

You must have the edge connected with mobile connect app not only the mobile and a komoot offline map license for the region.

I can't even get a komoot connect code, so it's impossible to use komoot on my 530 :/

Just used it yesterday, working fine here. So it does not seem to be a general problem? Maybe a factory reset would help (yes not really satisfying)
