Gps modus doesn't turn off

When I switch gps modus off, the gps doesn't turn off. After a reboot it turn's off.

Does anybody else haves the same problem?

In the pulldown screen select the gps button, a new screen will show up where you can switch the gps off

Yes when battery save mode is turned on the GPS receiver stays on. Is this normal and why there is no warning?
