Garmin Express will not sync with Edge 820

This problem only started a couple of weeks ago. I can access Garmin Connect just fine, make nav maps and instruct Connect to send files to my Edge 820. I then connect the Edge to my PC via USB, open Garmin Express and note that the 820 is "connected" to Express. Then instruct Express to sync, which it acknowledges and indicates that the Edge has "Recently synced" and that "you're up to date!" When I unplug the Edge from the PC and check to see the newly saved nav-map "Course" files, they are not there. I have deleted and re-installed the Garmin Express program twice, but continue to get the same results. Any suggested fixes would be appreciated.

  • Will not Sync

    I have the same problem. I have a new Garmin Explore 820 as the old one's screen kept turning pink at the bottom. I can not get any of the old information on to my Garmin but is shows in Garmin Conncet. I have done one new ride and that shows on the Garmin. I have followed the videos and is still doesn't work. Any suggestions welcome please. I wanted to put my back up back onto my new Garmin.
