820 not recognised by Garmin Express & no WiFi

Hi all, I have A Garmin Edge 820 & I cannot get Express to 'see' it. (I also have the same problem with my Garmin 55 Dash Camera)

 I have tried everything & have also just bought a genuine data cable. All to no avail unfortunately.

It will connect to my iPhone 13 via bluetooth but won't sync (says it's busy) I have done a few hard resets, uninstalled everything, restarted my MacBook. 

Nothing seems to work :( 

It has the latest software (12.70)

My computer is a MacBook Pro 2022 if that is of any help?
