Version 12.70 and IQ Menu, Apps have disappeared

Hi, in the last week my apps have disappeared from the IQ Menu, when I start Training my usual app does not appear and I get a Calories screen ie just a number in the middle of the screen, I have checked in storage and my apps are still there, also it has stopped saving rides, is there any way to downgrade the firmware until things have been sorted ?

I don't think the firmware is your problem.

I don't know. I suggest you contact Garmin Support. They are usually very helpful. I don't have a problem with 12.70. I don't think most others have a problem - that's why I think it is not the firmware.

One potential solution could be downgrading the firmware, which may help address the issues you're facing with missing apps and other problems. pokedoku

SOLVED

Thanks Garmin for NO help on this what so ever, after lots of research I found that installing version 12.7 removes Data fields from your screens, if you go into settings and the activity you want to change you can re add the Data fields that you had previously, thanks to all that tried to help
