I'm hopeful that someone might be able to help as the .fit file from morning ride will not load to my Garmin Connect account and returns an error when syncing through Garmin Express.
The attached .fit file appears to be present on my Edge 810 device, but when I attempt to open it on the unit, the loading wheel continually spins and I am forced to power down the computer.
I have taken the file from the memory card to which it is stored and tried to upload it directly to Connect, but this also fails.
I understand that repair of files is possible, so if anyone can assist or advise I would be very grateful.
