Garmin 820 recorded ride but won't share it.

Garmin 820 recorded ride but won't share it with phone app nor wifi uplink to Strava. Suspect record is incomplete due to battery save mode. Suggestions?

Great! Also might want to clear out your activities on the 820 as mentioned above.

Deleted my old activities so hopefully that helps a bit. Appreciate the help
