Virtual partner disabling entirely globally so it doesn't appear on the map - do Garmin programmers know that we would like this feature?

This is incredibly irritating. On my old Garmin 800 you could disable it in the settings for a particular course - irritating as a global disable would have been better. However even this isn't possible on the 820.
