FW12.40 -> Dead 820

Hi everyone,

just updated my 820 to FW 12.40... it won't restart. It freezes in the "GARMIN" logo splashscreen and doesn't go on... what should I do?

My Edge 820 after the update to 12.40 needed about 2 hours for the maps to load. I connected it to a smartphone charger and waited patiently.

Thanks. Could not wait, did a hard reset. Very annoying. Not updating anymore.
