charger not working

Good afternoon,

My charger for the unit is going out and all the other micro usb chargers I have don't work. Can you please help?

We need more info. Do your micro usb chargers work charging other things? Have you tried using the USB port on your computer to charge the 820? Have you tried different USB cables? Is the usb port on the 820 clear of debris?
