I've lost live segments on my 820.

I've followed all the directions. I'm a premium member on Strava. I've switched to Stava segments on connect dashboard. On 820 screen when I go to live segments, it says, 'no segments saved.' I have starred segments, and my accounts are connected. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried looking for vdos and help on line, but nothing works. Any help much appreciated.

I have the same problem, did you managed to solve it?

So sorry to take so long. I had to download Garmin Express. Then manually star segments, then connect my computer and run an update. This did the trick. Any new segments I want, hsve to attach Garmin computer back to p.c. and run another update eith Garmin Express.
