Physio true up not showing

Hi all,

sorry, if this has been answered before, but I was not able to find anything in google or this forum:

On my Edge 820 the toggle button for the Physio TrueUp feature is not showing up in Garmin Connect. I think it should be located somewhere between "Gerätesynchronisierung" and "Geräteanzeige". (see below image). The status page on my device shows "Physio TrueUp" "Akt. in Garmin Connect" but it seems that I am not able (or maybe capable) to activate it.

Any ideas?

SpeckAttack I have never seen a setting on Garmin Connect Web for my Edge820

only thing I noticed is the blue dot on top at the page above the watch(device) icon being there continues

should also have other devices capable of physio trueup

It will only show-up in GC after the feature has first been enabled via the phone.

needed a bigger screenshot

button is there on Garmin Express after all...I do not use Garmin Connect Mobile

mind you I did add the edge a few days ago after a Garmin Express removal and reinstall

there is also a FR935 with PTU inactive

@aweatherall: The button is also missing in Garmin Connect on my mobile.

To rule out the apps: I own a Fenix5plus that shows the button in the GCmobile dialog.

In GC (iPhone) you can't enable that feature for the Edge 820 (edge 1030 it's possible). You have to do it in GC-Web

I have not done anything specific, but for whatever reason the button is now shown in GC Web - again?

Still no button in GC mobile though. But as long as TrueUp is working...
