Turn by Turn Navigation Audio prompt switch is getting turned off after Sync

I am trying to enable the Audio prompt for turn by turn navigation in my Garmin connect App IOS 12.1. My device is agarmin Edge 820. I go to Garmin connect > Garmin Device > Settings > Device Settings > Audio Prompt > Turn ON the Turn by Turn navigation alert > go back and Sync to save the settings.

Error : After sync the turn by turn navigation alert switch is automatically getting switched OFF. I am fully blocked. Appreciate any help or help raising a defect.

Nitya - What version of the app do you have currently? (Open the Garmin Connect App>Touch More>Touch Settings>App Info)

Hi Matthew! thanks a lot for replaying. I am using the latest Garmin connect. Your help is appreciated.

Garmin connect version - 4.13.2.1 (IOS)
iPhone S MAX 256GB

Thanks Matthew. Looking forward to the fix. Purchased a bone conductor head phone especially for using this feature. Unfortunately discovered that it's broken.

Hi Garmin-Matthew ! The latest Garmin connect update on iOS still does not fix this issue. How can such critical feature remain broken for so long?? Looking forward to this fix eagerly.

Nitya - I am sorry for the delay but the fix is in a upcoming app release. Unfortunately I do not have a timeline for this specific app update. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Garmin-Matthew I can understand the complexity, Please keep it alive in your backlog for next release and I will wait :-)
