Varia Radar disconnects

Since the latest software update, my Varia (510) radar disconnects several time s a ride, but usually reconnects within a few seconds.
Today, the 820 disconnected from the Varia and wouldn't reconnect, even when I went into settings.
My pedals (Favero Assioma) have also disconnected randomly on rides.
My HR Tri also disconnected today (first time), and didn't reconnect, although I didn't try to do so manually.
I also have a FR935, which stays connected to everything without issue
Is there a way to fix this?

I am also having this issue with my 820 and Varia rtl510. The problem is intermittent, but happening often enough to be an issue.

Firmware: 820 @ 11 and Varia rtl510 @ 3.50.

I am having this same problem. My 510 unit is brand new. I have been using my 1030 with RTL500 and it has never disconnected. I decided to upgrade to the 510 and in about an hour of riding the 510 disconnected. I am switching back to 500 until Garmin fixes this.

I am seeing the same thing with an 820 v11 and RTL 510. I actually get all the sensors disconnecting and reconnecting approx every 15 minutes when riding when the varia is connected. If I disconnect the varia I don't see the sensor disconnect/reconnect issue.

I believe that I've figured out one reason for the repeated disconnects.
Somehow, the 820 had my Varia radar paired as radar & a light network.
Once I disabled the light network from the settings menu, I didn't have any problems.

Hello... What would happen if you able the light network but disable the radar?

No, you need to pair it as a light or you miss out on quite a few features.

I rolled my 820 back to v10.00 firmware and the disconnects are gone.

I get some disconnects on each ride but the worst day by far was when I set a course on the Edge 820 and tried to ride that. Everything eventually disconnected from the Edge 820, including the HRM and Stages Power crank. Firmwares are up to date on everything.
