I tried searching, but didn't find anything pertaining to my question.
I'm going on a century ride this weekend and the route involves 2 ferry crossings. How would the garmin handle pausing during the ferry ride and then starting afterwards? Would it calculate distance/average speed etc... correctly accounting for the ferry ride, or would it incorporate it even though it was paused (straight line for the ferry)?
