Hi all,
Was pretty excited to unbox my new Edge 820 but was pretty disappointed to find a dead pixel (well not exactly dead but red pixel on a full black screen) right in the middle of the screen.
On the phone Garmin offers a replacement but it will took 3 weeks before I get the new device so I wanted first to run a diagnostics screen with the red/blue/green screens that may unfreeze the pixel.
Problem is I don't know how to enter the hidden diagnostic mode. It was pretty easy on the 810 but I don't know the procedure for the 820.
Does anyone have any clue ?
