Bluetooth problem again

On Lumia not always the Bluetooth sync went well but now I'm trying with a Samsung A5 and till now was never possible to pair. Mobile shows the "BT_EDGE_820" but all the time I try to pair it stops after a while with a failure message. In the compatible list from Garmin I see that A5 device is not yet tested on 820 but any suggestion?
