New FTP and Lactate thresholds not transferred to Connect

On a brand new edge 820 I have noticed 2 things:
1: The edge 820 reports new FTP threshold value. This is now the fourth time I see this info on the edge summary screen, after the ride. But nothing is registered on garmin connect
2: It also reports new values for lactate threshold. Again nothing is shown in garmin connect.

The 820 is on software release 6.2 and connect is version 3.16.1.1 (iOS)

I don't know if this is bug in either edge or connect.

Anyone got any ideas?

I have the same issue. Have the latest firmware on the 820 but FTP score never displays on connect.

Same for me, on FW 6.3.0. V02 however seems to work fine in my case.

I am having the same issues using a Fenix 3 HR. Though the watch shows the lactate threshold it is not transferred to the Garmin Connect Portal. Or at least it does not show up under reports in the dashboard.

Is this a general issue or does anyone have any idea how to get it uploaded again?

We are aware of the issue where values are not reporting in Garmin Connect Mobile. We are investigating the issue and will update the thread once we have a resolution.

Any update on this? i have the same problems and with my FR935.
