What does this in mean?

Hi,

What does this icon on the display mean?
I can't remember having seen it before. I thought it was the place of the notification icon...

I think this icon appears if an emergency message was sent (incident detection).

RayRay4105 is correct. This icon indicates there was an incident detected and the Edge attempted to send a message.

Yes indeed the Garmin detect yesterday an incident. However it was not one - I just braked quite sharp - so that I canceled the notification.

How can I make this icon disappear now?

The icon should go away once you have power cycled the device.

Does it mean that turning it off completely and then on again?
