fail update my 820

I can't update my edge 820:

After receiving my 820 I tried to update it (current version installed is 2.30):

- I use Garmin express, it found an update and install it succesfully
- File GUPDATE is present in garmin edge directory, size is about 15mb
- After reboot nothing happens
- If I check on system menu on garmin edge version is 2.30 and no update found.

I already tried to restore settings and repeat update but...nothing.
I tried also with garmin web updater software but the same.

Any idea?

Personally, I'd delete the gupdate.gcd file on the device, power it off, then connect it to the computer and let GE try again.

Yes, done, but the problem persist.
I found a problem on usb cable (go- no go), so probably during first update something go wrong.
But I already tried do remove gupdate.gcd without solve the problem.
Do I need to remove other files for resetting update?

Remove anything that might be in the Garmin\NewFiles folder.

it is empty.
I really have finished any idea.
Update don't start at reboot.

Try this

Non-prompted Non-Vol Clear - Clears NV and deletes all FIT files including Activities, Courses, Workouts.

Turn device off
Hold Lap/Reset and Start/Stop
Press and release the power button
Continue to hold only Lap/Reset and Start/Stop
Release Lap/Reset and Start/Stop when the Garmin Logo is cleared
The unit will restart and clear non-vol

I have try this without success. After reset, update and reboot nothing happen.
In attachment you can see photos and file list of Garmin after update.
Anyone could help me?
