Can't connect my 520 to di2 Dura-Ace

Hello everyone. I can't connect my edge520 to shimano di2 (dura-ace), garmin does not see the groupset. Garmin technical support they advised me -(Firstly, I would suggest that you update the software on your device.If this does not resolve the issue, then I would recommend performing a master reset of your device.) All done, nothing happened! Garmin still can not see di2.
Maybe someone faced such problem and somehow solve it???

Mine paired fine but only after I powered down and all the other devices were asleep and was not pairing anything else. When you are pairing, make sure to shift the unit while searching.

Just checking the obvious - you do have D-Fly?

Try it in the beginning nothing worked. Tried again still nothing works.

Where is the D-Fly located? I have one located in the seat tube and the 520 will not find it to pair with it unless I hold the 520 next to the seat tube. Once paired it will find it when the Edge is on an out front mount.

I believe the pairing processes uses some proximity logic based on signal strength, so if the D-Fly is internal to the bike frame it can affect this.

Also check using e-tube that you have the latest software installed for the D-Fly.

I didn't install d-fly in to the frame before check for all works fine. Keeping Garmin as close as possible to d-fly. I think it's my last chance to check the software. Because can see any more reasons

I have problem pairing my D-fly with Edge 520. Try these:

1. Update the firmware on your Dura-ace components, including D-fly, using Shimano's e-Tube software.

2. Pair D-fly with 520. Go to the menu for adding sensors. Go to the di2 menu. Select add sensor. Press any one of the shifters to wake up D-fly. This step is important because D-fly goes to sleep if it's not getting any input from the shifters after a while.

Mine did work... but now its stopped!

Thanks, this worked for me. Held my Garmin next to the seat tube and it found instantly.
