I received my Edge 520 Bundle today, and there was no 120V wall charger. Is that the new standard or is my box just missing it?

When you look on the Garmin Store site, they do not show an AC charger as part of the deal.
Although my edge 500 did come with an AC charger, it's never been used. I've always charged it through the usb on my desktop computer. If your Forerunner charger has the same usb end, then go for it. But in the picture it looks like a micro-usb and not a mini-usb.

I've got USB adapters all over the place from various products including in the car 12DC adapters and they'll all work fine as will the USB ports on your computer.

The charger is in the Garmin 520 not in the USB adapter. The USB wall adapter just provides 5V to the Garmin and 520 takes care of regulating power to the battery.
