Hi, I have a problem with Strava's live segments not working as well as Garmin's. Let me start by saying that I am not following any route. I also noticed that while I don't do any activity, if I go to training and select a segment, it is devoid of information. Map, altimetry and times are empty and obviously when I run they don't work (both Strava and Garmin). I never had any problems until a few months ago. Is this a problem with firmware 13.20? I have already tried resetting the device. Thank you
