Garmin Express doesn't see Edge 520, "Loading profiles..." problem...

Hi everyone,

I have a Garmin Edge 520 and I can't pair it with Garmin Express. Also, I can't get it to work, it stops at "loading profiles". I've gone through half the internet with suggested solutions, but nothing works. Holding lap and start/stop when powering on, down button, device format (FAT file system, slow format), even PC registry cleaner, etc. Mass storage is the only thing that works, but still the app doesn't detect it.

Software version 12.90 - I was hoping that when I upgrade it will work fine, but unfortunately Garmin Express doesn’t see my 520 and I am not able to do it.

I also managed to enter test mode (holding start/stop button and then turns on) and they came out as follows:
- "RAM" passed
- "ROM" passed
- "Basemap Checksum Test" failed
- "BT Test Mode" failed
- "BLE Test" - the message "Advertising" is displayed and after a split second Garmin turns off
- "RX Mode" on

I think that formatting the device made whole situation with connecting, because before I've done it Garmin Express shows me Edge 520. After connecting to the computer, the device turns on, shows the logo and inscriptions at the bottom, then goes off. And so every time. I don't know how to backup this process...

Has anyone encountered this situation and found a solution or is it just a pile of scrap to utilization, because of my brainstuck? I will be grateful for your help.
