Edge 520 stuck on startup

My Edge 520 is "stuck" on the startup Garmin Logo.  Trying a reset by holding the power button on for 10 seconds only causes the screen to go blank briefly before returning to the startup screen.  In other words the recommended reset method doesn't actually change the circumstances.  Is there anything I can do or is my 520 toast?

  • That is not actually a reset, but rather a forced power down.
