Garmin edge 520 plus

Hi everyone, I power on my garmin edge 520 plus but it gets stuck on "loading profiles" and then does nothing. The battery is 100%. 

  1. I tried to rest it but no success
  2. I connected to my PC by holding the lap button so that it goes to mass storage, and I went to a folder named as NewFiles and deleted a file that was there but still no success.

Could anyone please help? I searched a lot online but have not found a solid solution.
