Edge 520 plus wont pair with dura ace power cranks or di2

Ive not had any problems pairing with speed , cadence on old bike or heart moniter but have a new bike with dura ace power cranks (fully charged) and Di2 but when I search for sensors while spinning pedals or changing gears it just continues searching until I press back button.

Any help appreciated, I'm not very techy sorry.

On the Di2 side is this an 11 or 12 speed system?

If it is an 11 speed system then it needs an ANT+ transmitter added to the standard configuration to get the data needed for the Edge to find it.

12 speed systems have the transmitter built into the rear derailleur

Its a 2nd hand 11 speed system, when i had it serviced the shop said they reset the system to factory settings, apologies if its basic but how would i add an ANT transmitter?

It goes inline some where on the wiring. You may need to get an additional short cable.
