Edge 520 Version 13.20 GPS version 3.30. Lots of threads found where the GPS stops working. I've gone into the View Satellites menu option and it is stuck on Acquiring Satellites. Everyone once is awhile a number appear green, sometimes more than one. Favorites are 6, 24, 25. The display does not move from Acquiring Satellites. Are there next steps from here?
I've done all of the usual...Ride is outdoors, tried GPS and GPS+GLONAS, Sync with my Garmin Express etc. I have lots of room on the unit...deleted many activities.
The only thing I can come up with was a trip to another part of the country last summer. The unit worked fine then, but upon return home no. The length of time to be GPS enabled has eroded to the point where it does not happen at all. Is there some time of action related to the GPS info. Is that where a factory reset comes in?
