My garmin 520 is not charging

It is totally useless, has never held a charge even losing over night whilst turned off and was almost dead after a 35 mile ride. Now it isn't even charging !

Battery failure is the most likely cause.

Thanks for answering. I am not going to bother to replace at the moment, will probably just use my Fitbit that records a ride. This garmin has been disappointing with its ability to maintain power and stay charged.

How long have you had it? Any chance of starting a trouble ticket with Garmin Customer Service?

Hi I have had it over the warranty period, it has been the most disappointing garmin I have had over the years. Thanks for responding
