Garmin 520Plus vs 530 with Rally Pedals? ral

I bought a set of Rally pedals....sensors on both pedals. The Garmin web pages only make reference to the 130, 830 and 1030 (?) garmin computers and I'm not sure if I am missing something with my 520Plus. I have gotten them paired but not yet done any rides. I can't find any information about the use of the 530 vs 520 and whether there would be an advantage to upgrading to one of the more recent Garmin cycle computers. Any thoughts?

The 520+ will work with Rally and give you all the same power metrics that the newer units do.

The newer units have additional features such as ClimbPro and Daily Suggested Workouts, but in terms of viewing and collecting power data they are the same.

Will they work with just Garmin 520 computer? (I do not have the 520 plus)

According to the Garmin web site, yes, they will.

Thanks for replying; I thought so, and I was able to chat with someone from Garmin last night who confirmed in chat that they are compatible. I wanted to confirm the distinction between "520" & "520+"
