Course upload to Edge 520 plus problems

I wanted to upload a new navigation course from the Connection app to my Edge 520 plus. But when I like to send it to the edge is says it is not compatible for that. But I have used it many times. Can’t figure it out.

I happen to have the same issue. Tried to remove and reinstall the GCM app, and did a reset on the Edge 520 plus as well. Still GCM marks the Edge 520 plus as a incompatible device. Any suggestions, anyone?

I’ve got the same issue; does anyone know if Garmin are on the case to fix this?

Nope, Garmin doesn’t check these and this has been an issue for years. Terrible customer service on this end. I even called and they honestly don’t know why this happens

I have the same issue. Yesterday was ok. And today it says is not compatible so I cannot send neither old nor new courses.
