I have recently been unable to connect to my Edge 520 via Garmin Express. I have updated Express twice and am current. My wife's Vivosmart 4 connects no problems. I am using the Garmin USB cable, and it is going into mass storage mode, and shows up in Windows 10 as well. Garmin Express quits if I try to start it while the 520 is connected to the PC. If I stat Express with the 520 unattached it starts OK, but will not pick up the 520 when I go to add the device.
I have done a factory reset to no avail. FW 13.10. Another thing, my heart rate zones seem to be reversed, showing my majority for the ride in Zone 5, and minimal elsewhere. Average and Max HR seem OK, just zones are messed up.
Any ideas?
