If anyone can help me i would be very grateful.
I’ve been using live segments for a couple of years now, I noticed the other week, the segments i had saved were not refreshing, so it was measuring me against old efforts.
At the same time i was unable to add new segments, so I decided to delete them all and start again.
Now i cant get any segments to load, when i select segments in the garmin menu it just says “no segments saved, go to garmin connect to set up segments”
what i’ve done so far:
Checked that i am still a summit member.
Made sure i have the latest version of the software.
syncing from pc and mobile
deleted and re installed the garmin connect app.
disconnected garmin connect from strava on both sites.
reconnected them.
manually deleted the segments and segments list folders from the garmin via a pc connection and re installed them.
factory re set on the garmin.
garmin express says i am using strava segments.
my starred segments do show up and are up to date on the garmin connect pc dashboard.
I’ve contacted garmin a couple of times, but i’m guessing their office is shut for lockdown.
i’ve read lots of old post like this from a few years ago which is why i’ve done what i have so far.
anyone else having trouble?
have you had a response from garmin?
