Time format keeps changing to 12 hours

In the last few weeks my Edge 520 has started resetting to 12 hour time format. I've noticed it happens after syncing with Garmin connect, but I can't see a setting in the app to change it, only in the device menu itself. Anyone else with same problem?

In GC select the watch icon (top right), scroll down to see your 520+, select device settings

Thanks! That did it. I wonder why that setting is not exposed in the Garmin Connect Mobile...
