Ciao ragazzi, ho installato sul mio EDGE 520 PLUS il nuovo aggiornamento 5.3

Premesso che prima di oggi non avevo mai avuto problemi, adesso con il nuovo aggiornamento, ho avuto problemi nel collegare i miei sensori che erano precedentemente già collegati e funzionanti quali il sensore di cadenza, velocità e cardio.

Inizialmente sul display, durante un allenamento, ho notato che la cadenza si era bloccata su un valore, e non cambiava anche se mi fermavo, per cui o riavviato il ciclocomputer. Al riavvio non trovava più il sensore cadenza, pensando che fosse un problema di batteria l'ho sostituita e riprovando ho avuto lo stesso problema.

Facendo diversi tentativi, ho deciso di ripristinare alle impostazione di fabbrica il dispositivo, ricollegati i sensori e lo smartphone, adesso avvolte funziona correttamente, avvolte non trova uno dei tre sensori.

Potete verificare o cosa posso fare e controllare per risolvere?

    Hi guys, I installed the new update on my EDGE 520 PLUS 5.3 Premised that before today I had never had problems, now with the new update, I had problems in connecting my sensors that were previously already connected and functioning such as the sensor of cadence, speed and cardio. Initially on the display, during a workout, I noticed that the cadence had stopped at a value, and did not change even if I stopped, so I restarted the cycle computer. On reboot it no longer found the cadence sensor, thinking that it was a battery problem I replaced it and trying again I had the same problem. Making several attempts, I decided to restore the device to factory settings, reconnected the sensors and the smartphone, now wrapped it works correctly, wrapped it does not find one of the three sensors. Can you verify or what can I do and check to resolve?

    Non sei solo... Ho pure io il tuo identico problema! E non riesco a risolvere. Mi tocca contattare l'assistenza.

    Confermo ho appena scaricato il nuovo aggiornamento 5.40 dal Garmin Express dovrebbe risolvere il nostro problema...

     Io ho installato oggi la versione 5.40, tra l'altro si è aggiornata automaticamente tramite Connect, devo dire di non aver avuto nessun problema per il momento Fingers crossed tone1.... almeno non nell'imminente. Il Garmin mi è sembrato molto più reattivo, anche nell'inserimento e stacco automatico della pausa quando fermo la bici, i sensori e il telefono si sono collegati rapidamente, e facendo alcune prove, anche distanziando il Garmin oltre 5m dai sensori riusciva a vederli e interagire. Una cosa che mi sembra diversa, dopo aver finito il giro, salvando la traccia, fà regolarmente il salvataggio automatico anche su Connect ovviamente con bluetooh e smartphone, poi anche su Strava, prima si comportava che dopo qualche minuto d'inattività, faceva lo spegnimento automatico, questa volta non l'ha fatto, adesso farò alcune prove e l'attenzionerò di più. Tutto sommato và molto meglio. Farò segnalazione anche sul forum Garmin per aggiornare i programmatori. Voi aggiornatemi, grazie.

    Something that seems different to me, after finishing the tour, saving the track, does the automatic saving regularly also on Connect obviously with bluetooh and smartphone, then also on Strava, before it behaved that after a few minutes of inactivity, it turned off automatic, this time he hasn't done it, now I will do some tests and I will focus more on it. All in all it is much better. I will also report on the Garmin forum to update programmers. You update me, thank you.

    Likewise, after 5.40 update - automatic upload doesn't work

    • saved ride as normal (was connected to phone): did not show up on Garmin connect mobile (android)
    • tried uploading manually from Edge 520+ within ride details menu, still would not upload
    • gave up and uploaded by hand using Garmin Connect web upload: success

    will update if tonight's ride doesn't upload automatically ...
