Garmin 520 Plus - "Memory is full"

I am having issues starting a ride in my Garmin device. Whenever I click on start I get a “memory is full” message. I have tried resetting the device to default as well device reset to delete all data..but the issue persists..

I have tried connecting to the computer but getting prompted for a bitlocker password. so unable to view the files/browse..

Any tips..?

Have you checked that the maximum limits of 200 activities or 100 courses hasn’t been reached?

I’m assuming that the there is still storage space left on your device.

I have the same issue. I've hard restarted to wipe memory and when I go into history it says no rides saved. But I cannot get the device to work because memory is full.
