Send route from ride with GPS wirelessly to 520

All my routes are in Ride GPS. I have Garmin connect app on my phone and Ride GPS app too.

I want to move a route file to my 520 wirelessly using the 2 previously mentioned apps. Seems like I should be able to do this. Tell me how

The RWGPS app will let you download recent or pinned routes. It's easy to use.

My app lets you download by the route number.
