I have Fenix 5X Plus and Edge 520 Plus and a lot of issues syncing them.
Basically, I use both when cycling but would only like to save one after the workout. The reason for it is that I would like just one of those two to upload to Strava. There is apparently Physio TrueUp and I tried it but it did not work as I would like it to: I did not see recovery time on my watch and there was no training effect in connect app when I dismissed the workout on my watch. (at that time I only saved my Edge 520 Plus and dismissed the workout on Fenix). I also bought a power meter and tried it yesterday. I decided to save both workouts (from my watch and bike) and now in Garmin Connect have two workouts: Fenix one has all the info but is missing the power meter data (my power meter is not added to my watch); Edge 520 has all the info including the power meter data (power meter is connected to my Edge).
Is there any way I could make my devises to communicate so I can always dismiss one of my workouts and keep the one from my bike? I do not want to lose any data, though (especially training effect) which seems to be the case when I do not save a workout on my Fenix.
Any advise would be much appreciated.
