Can you record gradient / slope on Edge 520 when connected to Tacx Neo trainer?

Trying to figure out if this is possible.
Edge 520 is connected to Tacx Neo and I'm using the Tacx iOS app (connected to trainer via Bluetooth) to adjust the gradient / slope of the trainer. No information related to ascent / slope / gradient shows up on Edge 520 during training. Garmin Connect has an elevation graph that shows mostly flat after the workout (even though GPS is turned off).

Anybody know if you can in fact record gradient / slope on Edge 520 when connected to Tacx Neo trainer?

This currently isn't possible. While you can recreate outdoor rides on a trainer or use programs like Zwift, this elevation info cannot be recorded to the edge.
