When I go Garmin Support, I cannot find anywhere to submit a support ticket. The only thing I find is a chat window and a phone number. They are closed through Wednesday with phone support. Why do they not have a way to submit a written issue similar to Strava? Unbelievable !!
Support Center >> Edge 520 >> Choose a topic >> enter topic keywords, hit enter >> scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should see "Contact us for more help" with a link to email. After you click on the email link you'll see the form below, which will submit a Garmin case number and copy to your email.
Oh, and by the way, don't expect an immediate response via email. I would imagine the volume of email they receive is going to be overwhelming by the time they open their offices after Christmas.
I know this is an old thread, but I've just been fighting trying to find an email link. What I found was when you try the suggestions in the second post, you will still just see just two choices - Chat or Call.
BUT...there is a link in the top right of the screen, that also says "Contact us for more help" but this link DID NOT WORK in three different browsers. But if you right-click and choose "Copy this link" and then paste it right back on top of the page you're already viewing, it will refresh the page and choice number three - email - will appear at the bottom.
It might just be bad web page coding, we've never seen that before from Garmin, have we?
David192 - The email option is only available if the chat or phone options are unavailable (full or closed). We would like to get you the most prompt response. This is why you are not seeing the email option. I apologize for any kind of inconvenience this may have caused.
