See.Sense Ace

I bought one of these because I thought I would be able to control it from my Garmin.

All I seem to be able to do is
Power the light on when my Garmin is powered up (Only about 50% of the time though!!)
Check the battery level.
Test the light.
Should I be able to do more like change flash modes for example?
