How to create a route from a saved ride?

Is it possible to create a route from a saved ride (with GPS or course)? I have a fire road loop that I ride at least 2x a week and I want to track my stats accordingly. Thanks!

I found out how. Just go to Menu->History->Rides->Select ride->Create Course

After I do that, I would like to save and send to a friend.

Does anyone knows hhow I can do that?

I mean, now the route is on my device, but not on Garmin Connect.

How do I export from the Garmin device (Edge 830) to Carmin Connect or othhewise?
