Edge 520 + Pioneer Power Meter (Only Showing One Leg?)

Just purchased a Pioneer Power Meter. Switched to ANT+ mode, synced and calibrated with my Garmin 520.

While power output is measurably accurate, Garmin Cycling Dynamics is NOT showing data from both legs / sensors — just one.

Initially only RIGHT leg data showed; after a reset, only LEFT leg data showed.

I have confirmed the Pioneer is in DUAL power mode ANT+ given orange lights are on both sensors; likewise magnets are properly placed.

In trouble shooting, I called Pioneer directly and they were not helpful, offering only to send it in (along with giving me attitude for asking if I could trouble shoot on my own).

Is anyone skilled with these and can give guidance?

Currently the only power meter that supports Cycling Dynamics is the Garmin Vector power meter. Poineer should give your power balance, Torque Effectiveness and Pedals Smoothness in ANT+ mode.

Can you post the FIT activity file for that ride?

Thanks — however I'm almost positive Garmin made CD open source to most brands (including Pioneer) last year. Has this integration not been made?

Pioneer was said to be eager to jump on this, I am assuming the integration exists.

Correct. Garmin made it public, but so far no other manufacturer has implemented it.
