When I sync up edge 520 with Garmin connect, I get loads of segments in the GPS (all of them near my activity zone), instead my starred ones in Strava premium. Isn't it supossed that only starred segments have to be shown?
In Strava there is also an option to include popular segments, which I think is on by default. Go to My Segments in Strava and see if that feature is off.
You may try switching off the Popular Segments option in My Segments section on Strava. This should solve your issue I suppose.

I already thought that could be the problem, but Popular segments option in my Strava web always has been off. GPS is 12.50.
I have delete all segments in edge 520, disable Popular segments in Strava web and link again edge and smartphone and then again I get loads of segments instead of my starred ones.
EDIT: problem solved after switch popular segments on and then off again, to resave the configuration.
One more thing... Starred but private segments in Strava dont appear in edge?
