Corrupt fit file cannot even copy the file from the device

Hi. In the past i have had the occasional corrupted file but have been able to repair them with an online tool. In the last week 3 files have corrupted and 2 of them will not even copy from the device so i have no chance of repairing them.
I get an error code in Windows "Error 0x80070570: The file or directory is corrupt and unreadable"
Any ideas what is going on and how i fix or stop this from continuing.

it seems that the activity folder on your 520 has some corrupted zones... maybe you can try an hard reset or to format the device in order to exclude those zones...?

It seems like your file again gets corrupted and due to this you are getting the Error 0x80070570: The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

To fix you can perform a disk repair by running a CHKDSK command, but if in case this won’t work then move the files to another file or folder, try deleting them.

Also if the documents are in pen drive or other removable drives, then move entire files from there accept the problematical files. After that format.
