laptop not recognising Edge 520 :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Hi,

I'm having a massive issue with trying to get my garmin edge 520 to be recognised on my computer.

I have the most recent update! 11.00

I have plagued it into multiple laptops and cables

I have re-installed Garmin Express

I have factory reset and soft reset the Garmin

All of this and i still can see it, its doing my head in!

I'm off on a cycling trip tomorrow and would love to get the new courses onto it!

HELP PLEASE!!! :(
