version 8.0 features

Added the following features from the Edge 520:

1. Indoor trainer support
2. Independent GPS modes for activity profiles
3. FTP test workout
4. Auto-FTP calculation
5. Auto-Max HR calculation
6. VO2 Max calculation
7. Recovery advisor

isn't 5 or 7 old? what's so new about this?

And, unless they've changed things, the recovery advisor will get 'zeroed' AGAIN after this update, rendering it useless.
